Aerial cable car "skylark" starts a business on August 25, 1951 (Showa 26). It linked the Tamaden Building (current west hall) roof that was next to the Toyoko department store (existing Tokyu Toyoko east hall) roof and was able to enjoy sight-seeing of Shibuya of sky. While "skylark" is regretted, in 1953 (Showa 28), it is abolished with great enlargement construction of Tamaden Building. In 1954 (Showa 29), 4-story Tamaden Building is renewed as 11-story west hall. By the way, only as for the child, ride is possible at 12 capacity, and, as for the sight-seeing distance, it is said that 1 makes a round trip to 75m, route and only came back to east building.
